We're still very short of people to marshal this Saturday's sprint at Aintree, including Start line.
If you think you can help, please let Pete Proudley, or Bill Gray know - as soon as posible!
Help also needed from 2pm on Friday to set up the circuit - all assistance gratefully received (it's a bit much for just two of us!!)

A big thank you to all the marshals at Aintree yesterday. Great work all round especially the start line team and those who set up and stripped down the venue.
A message from John Harden. With a track temperature of over 50 degrees C yesterday, and with little breeze to lessen the effect of the unrelenting sun, I am so grateful for the help that everyone gave to ensure the safe running of the day. Without doubt it was a brilliant event during which over 700 starts were made and a new outright sprint record was set by Nick Algar in his Gould/Nicholson McLaren.
There were many expressions of thanks from competitors who so appreciated everyone who stood out all day in the sweltering conditions just so “the drivers could play”. It was especially pleasing to see so many of you stay to help pack up at the end of the day too; on behalf of the drivers and all the organising team at Liverpool Motor Club, many thanks to everyone who helped with the Sprint yesterday.
Thanks so much
John
