Oh, your just mean.
Laura is deffinately coming. She might be bringing a friend so at least i wont have to keep her company all the time. I assume its a 'more the merrier' kind of affair? They are both sensible, intelligent people, which is more than i can say for myself.

SUPERB An extremely good, if slightly damp, days rallying was enjoyed by 25 enthusiastic LMC volunteers. Despite the traditional minor hiccups @ Stop T/C everyone of our team played a blinder! Cheers Guys (& Laura)

Message from Ken Wilkinson of Stockport 061 Motor Club;
Would you please thank your members for the sterling effort which they put in on Saturday @ Weeton, in what can only be described as monsoon conditions.
I cannot remember ever marshalling on any event in such atrocious weather and to maintain the Stop Line under those conditions requires a special thank you and of course all your members out in the stage, helping to maintain the smooth running of the event, again in atrocious conditions. I hope that they have all now dried out.
See you in April, I hope,
Regards
Ken

Personally i had a fantastic day. I deffinatley got the 'long straw'.
Atrocious weather = Towing people out of the mud with the Disco! For those that where there until the dieing end of course, drive home was interesting through a 2foot wade.

For those that where there until the dieing end of course, drive home was interesting through a 2foot wade. Should have turned left out of the venue as usual, and followed the easy road back to the Mway! But, just for once, I thought I'd follow the sat nav route, initially following you and the 110. Interesting drive wasn't it? When you eventually turned right through more flooded lanes, I decided to use my in-built sat nav (ie the human one) and headed straight for the A585. No probs!

Suffice to say, had we been in the Focus (deceased) or the Corsa, there's not a cat in hells chance i'd go that way with that much water. But following a 110 with a recovery dolly on the back i figured what could possibly go wrong, and nothing did!
