2013 Compomotive Challenge
The 2013 Compomotive Challenge is open to any user of Compomotive wheels who compete in any form of motorsport – so long as there are official results published at the end of the event. Astoundingly in the 21st Century entry is FREE, the rules are simple and there are worthwhile prizes at the end!
If you use Compomotive wheels when you compete then you qualify for the Challenge, it’s that simple. Send the final official results of each event you compete in to us here at Compomotive, we will then calculate your points total. We only use class results - this means everyone gets a fair chance at winning the prizes. Results MUST be accompanied by a photo showing you on the event with Compomotive wheels attached to your vehicle – we must be able to tell the wheels are Compomotives, blurred motion photos may look lovely but they won’t get you points! (We reserve the right to use the pictures on Facebook and Twitter without informing you)
Prizes are as follows:-
Overall winner (the entrant with the highest total score) gets a 24% discount voucher from Compomotive to use on any purchase direct from Compomotive.
Runner up gets a 20% discount voucher from Compomotive to use on any purchase direct from Compomotive.
Third place (subject to 10 entries) gets 15% voucher from Compomotive to use on any purchase direct from Compomotive.
The highest place female finisher will also get a 24% discount voucher from Compomotive to use on any purchase direct from Compomotive.

6th in class – 28 points
7th in class – 27 points
8th in class – 26 points
(etc down to 1 point for finishing 33rd in class)
(if there are less than 5 starters in class half points will be awarded)
Winning an event outright gets a 15 point bonus, finishing 2nd overall gets a 10 point bonus and finishing 3rd overall gets a 5 point bonus.
Having the Compomotive logo pictured on your car (not the wheels) gets an extra 5 points.
Your score is then multiplied by the equivalency factor:-
Clubman & National event x1
International event x2
A maximum of 10 event results can be counted towards the 2013 Compomotive Challenge.
Results will be final on the 19th December 2013.
We will use Facebook and Twitter to issue Challenge information, updates and tables – we strongly recommend you like our Facebook page to ensure you receive all relevant information.
Points examples:-
Chris Wise won his class the recent Jack Frost stages using Compomotive wheels on his Metro 6R4 (50 points). There were 15 starters in Chris’ class so full points are awarded. It was a clubman event so the equivalency factor is 1. Chris also won outright so gets 15 point bonus. Therefore his points total is 65.
Simon Chapman finished 2nd overall and second in class on the Jack Frost, using Compomotive wheels. Simon had a lovely Compomotive sticker on his car so his points total is 60.
Stig Blomqvist finished 2nd in class and 12th overall on the Jännerrallye in an Evo using Compomotive snow wheels so he would get 45 points x 2 (International event) meaning his points score would be 90.
