Sorry can't resist: It's so narrow I'd guess Baitings Dam? The car is the Monopin Honda 750. Keith Gowers was the constructor & since it's got the TI decals on it, I guess he's driving. Finally, I'd say Alan Stanniforth was the inspiration as the last 2 answers come from his book!
