Here you are, as promised. Ive put all of the photo's taken yesterday at Clifton on fotopic's website, click on the link and it should take you to the album caterman.fotopic.net/. I've put some favourites below, see what you think and feel free to comment. It was the first time I've tried a dedicated flash on this camera and I'm thinking that a longer lens with a bigger aperture may be on the shopping list. The choice of car was coincidental by the way.... ;D

going by the pics, it looks like they might have been getting up some serious speed as they flew round, pretty much stopped byt the time i saw them though

Speeds across the flying finish were actually not that impressive, certainly nowhere near the speed envisaged by the officials that insisted we move the time control down the track away from the FF. There was a water trough on the edge of the road that was leaking water onto the road just prior to FF and first time through nearly every crew treated it with caution, slightly faster thereafter but I would say they were some way off flat out. minimaddog, I can send jpeg's to MIG45 or you can pm me your email address. Highlight of the day might have to go to the man that managed to bog his green Rover 45 down to it's axle....you know who you are!!! ;D
