Hi all I took part in the Sprint today and as it was my first ever Sprint I just wanted to hand out my thanks to all the people who made it all go like clockwork. Thanks to anyone I pestered in the pits for a loan of Tyre pump or advice, I was made to feel very welcome. I have done drag racing and Track days before now but I was amazed how difficult Sprints are to get consistency and 'lines' right, it all seemed to pass in a very quick blur but there was always some drama to allow me to make an excuse for my time on each run Look forward to my next one (Curborough) Pete (in the Wifes Skyline number 20)

To take a third in class behind the Class record breaking Impreza & the 911 GT3 was not a bad effort! You'll have to get the wife a license and dual drive the Skyline! Curborough may be a bit of a shock in comparison to Aintree - fewer runs over the day and more like a flat hillclimb! Never-the-less glad you enjoyed yourself & hope to see you back at aintree trying for that elusive perfect run!

Nice photos too, particularly like the Caterham pirouetting just after Country Corner - driver watching the scenery go by!
