Two intrepid members of LMC took the fight to Scammonden last Sunday – Andrew Dobson in OMS & yours truly in Mallock.
Andrew got FTD & I acted as tail gunner for the racing cars - holding off a roadgoing MG Maestro by a full second! Results available at:

Reckon if we wash our cars beside the flower beds our roses will be much bigger than yours next year – yes they were absolutely covered in it.
Totally different sport to the fast, sun-drenched sweeps of Aintree. Less than 30 cars turned up, so tons of runs & good news in terms of time behind the wheel, though we may well have worn the cars out. Overall, well worth a visit whilst it continues to run.
